Chicken Picadillo and Corn Sauce

Our Southern dish with iconic vegetabled with a twist. We took the picadillo flavors (spices), blended them in a bright yellow sweet corn sauce and served it with chicken thigh, skin-on potatoes and black beans. Need I say more?

Tip: smoked tabasco and a squeeze of lime; can also be served as a popular chicken satay

KIPPENDIJ PICADILLO KRUIDEN EN MAIS

Kippendijen met krieltjes en zwarte bonen in een mais saus. Onze Southern gerecht met iconische groenten en een twist. We namen de picadillo-smaken (specerijen), vermengden ze in een felgele zoete maïssaus en serveerden het met kipfilet, krieltjes met schil en zwarte bonen. Moet ik nog meer zeggen?

Tip: gerookte tabasco en limoen; ook te serveren als een geliefde kip Saté
